Please note your Association may have their own specific form for architectural modification requests. Should this be the case, we will contact you as soon as possible and advise you on how to proceed.
Preferred Community Management and the Associations are not responsible for defects in the plans, specifications, or improvements you submit. The association's committee's review of the plans is limited solely to appearance anddoes notinclude your compliance with applicable building codes, permits required (if any), surveys, and boundaries as may be required by your city or county governments.
Please refer to your Association's Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions; Architectural Control for further information and restriction requirements. If you require a copy of these documents, please contact your Community Association Manager for a copy.
Change of Mailing Address Instructions:
If you need to change your mailing address, please do so in writing by sending an email to manager@PreferredCommunityManagement.com requesting the address change or fill out the form below and mail it to the following address:
